DIPLOMACY is meant to resolve some critical issues cordially without hurting sentiments of the countries. But nowadays diplomacy is changed to do all dirty jobs , like tit for tats, backstabbing, spying, plotting against governements which cant be done publicly. Naturally diplomats become arrogant like all dirty kings. Its time diplomacy is restored to the right job
